Unbelievable help, advice & service. Ordered at 4pm on a Friday afternoon and delivered to my door by 3pm on the Saturday. Ian was super helpful and polite via WhatsApp and very knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

I just wanted to write and thank you for sending me a new receiver. When I bought my laser a year ago, I remembered your help and customer service was exemplary. I rang yesterday and spoke to the same woman I did a year ago and her assistance was brilliant. She immediately dealt with my problem and sent me a new receiver which arrived today. If I can get my old receiver to work then I will send it back. This email is merely to thank you for an exceptional service on my purchase and subsequent problem. It’s too easy to complain sometimes but not so easy to commend such great customer service.

I am writing with regards to the problem I recently experienced with the DeWalt DW087K I purchased from you via e-bay, which I recently returned to you due to the faulty laser module. I found you to be particularly friendly, very helpful, extremely professional and called me when you said and replaced the item. It is very rare to find business that offers an after sales service as good as you have done and it is re-freshing to find that not every business is just to get one over the customer. I will keep your number and would definately recommend your company to other builders as you wholly deserve the business and provide a very worthwhile and legimate business of which I know you and your colleagues take pride in.

You will not find a more customer focused company than these guys, they dealt with my faulty rotary laser impeccably - from me posting it on Monday to receiving a replacement on Thursday, with an explanatory phone call from them in between. I wouldn’t even think of going anywhere else for laser products, a top British company.

i am an agricultural contractor doing some site work but mostly field drainage . I decided to invest in a laser and spoke to Ian from technical for 40 mins discussing what I was looking for and what ,in his opinion , was what I actually wanted !! I opted for a Fukuda FRE 207 grading laser , tripod and staff , all ordered on thursday with 5 secs before 3pm deadline !! The whole lot arrived next day at 4pm , all complete and intact . Surveyed a field on saturday and laid 500 metres by wednesday all done with a 1% grade perfect . For drainers and site work needing a continuous grade this is the toy for you , it is so easy to use and set up , even the banksman can do it - he said it makes his job so much easier

Very impressed with the speed of delivery of the Stanley Telescopic pole I ordered. Available for a good price as well. Noted that you also included photos of how the various accessories go together on the pole. This was just as well as I would probably have spent a long time trying to figure it out. Many thanks.
